These sessions are about noticing the small moments that are easy to overlook when everything feels new and overwhelming.
The way you rest your hand on your stomach without thinking about it. The way your body feels different every week, sometimes every day. The quiet moments where you’re excited and nervous at the same time, wondering what this next version of your life will look like.
These early days move slowly and quickly all at once. Some days feel long and heavy, and others disappear before you’ve had a chance to catch your breath. Even when you’re tired, sore, emotional, or unsure, this is still a season worth remembering exactly as it is.
That’s what these sessions are for.
We pause to feed, change diapers, soothe, and reset as often as necessary. There’s no pressure to keep things moving or to “get through” a list of shots.
I focus on the things you’ll miss later, like the way your baby fits against your chest, the way their fingers curl around yours, the tiny stretch and sigh when they finally drift off.
Newborn sessions can take place in your home or in a studio.
I’ll help with positioning, movement, and angles so you don’t have to overanalyze where to stand or how to pose.
Sessions move at an easy pace, with room to pause, adjust, and breathe when you need to.
You don’t have to show up feeling a certain way, or pretend to love every part of this season. You’re allowed to feel excited, tired, emotional, grounded, unsure… sometimes all of that within the same session.
